Cathode
Comprised of active material, binder, aluminum foil, and conductive additive and they are the core components that determine battery capacity and voltage.
Feature

In the case of exporting aluminum foil to Europe, delivery is available on the same schedule as local manufacturers in Europe.

Anode
Consisted of active material, binder, copper foil, and conductive additive.
Electrical conductivity and smooth transfer of lithium ion are essential.
Solubility is critical for electrical conductivity and Li-ion transfer.
Feature

Upon customer request, products with a copper foil thickness of 6~20 ㎛ and a tensile strength of 28kgf/m㎡ or higher are also available.
At room temperature and 180℃ environment, the extensibility is less than 5% and the surface of the copper foil is glossy with a about 2㎛ difference in roughness compared to the matte surface. We also handle copper foil with a thickness of 5 ㎛ (I2S).

Separator
Physically separates the cathode with the anode to ensure safety.
Feature

Nano Ceramic Coating: Nano ceramic coating has higher thermal stability and chemical resistance in comparison with uncoated separators while maintaining electrolyte humidity.
Low risk of short circuit by applying highly permeable porous PO (Polyolefin) material
Double-sided or single-sided coating is available on the customer's request.

Electrolytes
Transfers only lithium ions, not electrons, within the battery.
Composed of organic solvents, electrolytic soda, additives, etc.
Improves stability and battery life.
